Thank you for choosing MilletOrigins.in. We strive to deliver our traditional health foods to you in the safest and fastest way possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders (such as new product launches), shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

    • Local (Telangana/AP): 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message/email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).

  • You can track your parcel using the provided link on our courier partner’s website.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • MilletOrigins.in is responsible for the product until it is handed over to the courier partner.

  • Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided in your order are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details provided in your Excel/Order form.

5. Damages During Transit

  • We take great care in packaging our Millet Noodles and Cookies to prevent breakage.

  • If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged from the outside, please take a photo and record the mandatory Unboxing Video before/while opening it.

  • Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy to claim a replacement for items damaged during transit.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
