This website is operated by Sri Kamadhenu Milk Center. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Anubhuthi Home Foods. We offer health-focused food products (Millets, Noodles, Cookies, etc.) based on traditional recipes.

2. Product Quality & Ingredients

  • Our products are strictly Maida-Free, White Sugar-Free, and Preservative-Free.

  • Since these are natural products, slight variations in color, taste, or texture may occur between batches.

3. Shipping & Order Finality

  • Once an order is placed and the shipment is dispatched/transferred to our courier partner, the order cannot be canceled.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will assist in tracking your parcel.

4. Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy

  • Perishable Goods: As we deal in food items, we follow a strict No-Return policy once the product is shipped.

  • No Money Refunds: We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. We only offer product replacements (exchanges) for valid claims.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

This is a mandatory requirement to protect against fraudulent claims:

  • Evidence: If you receive a damaged parcel or the wrong product, you must record a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video from the start of the opening process.

  • Reporting: The video must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Validation: We will provide a 100% Exchange (replacement) only if the unboxing video clearly proves the damage or error.

  • Disclaimer: No video = No exchange. No exceptions will be made.

6. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

  • Customers are advised to check the ingredient list carefully for any potential allergies (e.g., specific millets, seeds, or nuts).

  • Anubhuthi Home Foods is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on milletorigins.in, including the brand name "Anubhuthi Home Foods," logos, product descriptions, and images, are the property of the owner and cannot be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes or legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Hyderabad, Telangana], India.
